  • Drumore Township does not currently have a residential open burning ordinance. Please refer to the following fact sheet for more information on residential burning or visit PA DEP's website.

  • The term setback means the required distance separating a building or structure from a property line. Setback regulations for buildings are included in the Zoning Ordinance (Article 403). If you have any questions, please contact our Zoning Officer @ 717-786-0355.

Next, look up the permitted uses for your zoning district. If your use is not listed in the permitted use section, check the conditional use section to determine if your use requires a Conditional Use Permit.

You have the ability to search records and electronically recorded documents. Additional information about the site is available at www.LancasterDeeds.com. Onlot Sewage Management documents are maintained by the Township.
